Freedom has serviced our pool for the last 1.5 years. We have been very pleased with their consistency, reasonable prices, and Drew’s prompt email responses. Their approach to business is straightforward and honest. As first time pool owners, the learning curve was quite steep. From the start, Anthony went above and beyond what was required to keep us in the loop about issues, make himself available to help, and patiently guide us through every step of the way. Not only is he knowledgeable, professional, and courteous with any communication, but he is also extremely thoughtful, kind and considerate when interacting with his clients. Too bad there’s no pool at our new house…otherwise, we would definitely take Freedom and Anthony with us!! Highly highly recommend.
Originally I was going to use Leslies but they wanted 1 week to even talk to me. Freedom came over the next day and not only helped me replace my pump but provide me with the features I requested which were not on their original pump. The install was quick. There was only one issue but they were able to resolve that within one day of being made aware.
Alan is excellent. He is concerned about costs and gives great detail in explaining any problems you may be having!

Great Service. Experts at maintaining Pools with Automatic Pool covers.The last company we used did not understand balancing the pool chemistry with a cover is different than an uncovered pool ! I Felt good enough about Drew at Freedom that I even recommend him to my family.
